Hi, I'm Bridget, a food and women’s wellness coach. I specialise in helping busy midlife women eat well and live well while navigating all the changes that come with this season of life. A bit about me, I've lived in various countries since childhood, been postmenopausal since my 30s, a single mum since my 40s and now I'm embracing my 50s. I understand what it means to adapt and evolve!
I grew up with a beautiful mum who was always on diets and often criticised her body. It had a big impact on how I saw myself and my relationship with food. I know how painful it feels to not be comfortable in your own skin. As a result, I’m very anti diets. I focus on eating well and living well through nourishing meals and sustainable habits.
